The denizens of Lawson were really creepy, as though they were extras from a Pink Floyd video. None of them worked; none of them drove cars; none of them had any kind of a life other than to gawk at Jim Carrey and Laurie Holden.
My wife and I stayed and watched the credits to see where they filmed the movie (Mendocio and Fort Bragg, Ca.). Credits were given to Jim Carrey's bodyguard, his driver, and his massage therapist. Yet he was trying to play the Everyman. Give me a break!
