"I had to leave the room's that we'd let. Ivan and Zero were still at it. The Princess was wrapped up in Machiavelli, and Lady Eboshi puzzled and disconcerted me more that I wished to admit.
I thougt about Richard, and whether it would be a good idea to approach him.
He'd all-but walled himself up in his apartment after Namagani's death, except to work. For a time I'd observed him leave with the Princesss occasionally, but that was it.
My mood didn't lighten any as I rode the subway.
I found myself breaking the ribs, wrists, and noses of several individuals bent on relieving others of their valuables, but my heart wasn't in it.
I had a deep foreboding about my sibs.
