Losing your home, then getting charity money and spending it on gaudy nick nacks is just fucking stupid. Lack of education doesn't have shit to do with that. I guess Barbara Bush was right; the flood was good for some!
Bill Clinton's cash payments idea would've been great for drug pushers and NIKE!
