It's the whole fucking Commission. The Republicans are saying it was Clinton's fault, the Democrats are saying it was Bush's fault. The Commission was not chartered to find out whose watch this happened on, they were chartered to find out what is broken and what do we need to do to fix it. My original and only point being, the whole thing has turned into a political sham and media circus and if I was President, I would not stoop to play in this idiotic game.
