and several web sites said that these bombs were used as much for their "shock value" psychological-wise as they were for the physical results of the blast itself... one big fucking KA-BOOM, 'eh?

PS I avoided having to go to Viet Nam by enlisting in the Air Force... Air Weather Service, Electronic Technician. Congrats to you for making it thru... that whole thing (Viet Nam) fucked up my whole generation... I was so happy when the draft was ended, so that none of the younger ones would be forced into the meat-grinder.
