11/07/01: Cato Institute policies crucify Argentina

Odd how much trouble Argentina is in economically; after all, they're following the Libertarian economic prescription to the letter! Or maybe that's the problem:

I wonder if the next terrorist attack on U.S. soil will come from South America? Then we blast the bejesus out of some luckless country in the Southern Hemisphere and wonder why they hate our freedom so much.
