Raising Arizona had a great ending, doesn't tie things all up neatly, but leaves you with some vague hope for the future. Just like the characters themselves must've felt at that point.
Loved O Brother, but although they tried to leave the ending a little uncertain here too, it was not a very interesting way to leave off such a fun ride.
Barton Fink had a bizarre end to a bizarre ride.
Lebowski and Fargo tied things up a little more than most of their stuff.
