The cattle industry brought a lawsuit against Oprah, if I recall correctly, because they were displeased with some commentary she made about beef. So, she had to go to Texas for the trial and she won.
How is making her employees sign a contract requiring them not to divulge personal or proprietary information about her or her business a hypocritical move? Sounds like a smart business decision.
BTW, you don't actually think the beef/cattle industry is forthright with the American public regarding meat processing do you? "Inspected by the U.S. Government" - there's a sure sign that there's a modicum of dishonesty involved.
