Okay, it may be minor, but it's still interesting.
In the opening scene of the movie, the director makes it a big deal to have Zorro standing infornt of the sun. Then the crowd FACES him, so the shadows of those in the crowd would be behind them, right? Well, not in this movie. The shadows are to the left.
