Keanu has no shoulders to speak of and his face is also too skinny (Superman needs a good head).
It's all theoretical of course. No Superman movie can surpass Christopher Reeves' and Gene Hackman's creations. And let's not forget Margot Kidder's Lois Lane.
And looks aren't everything. Remember the atrocious 'Lois & Clark'-series? Dean Cain sure looked the part, but for some reason I could never watch more than 5 minutes of this crap (and that chick playing Lois Lane was even hotter-looking than Margot Kidder).
