OK, along with the "are we done yet??" no longer so special effects and the painfully unenjoyable love scenes, what gives with the pseudo-tao te ching style-philobabble? EXAMPLE: "You have questions Neo, but you don't know what they are. If you knew them, you'd want an answer but wouldn't know what the fucking answer was because the question you don't understand" ad nauseum, ad infinitum. Throw in the soap opera style melodrama with Tank's daughter et al and you have "Days of our Lives Waiting for Godot to Die Hard."
The theatre was packed with the 99% target demographic but when it was all over, the mass exodus was practically a stampede. Who says Gen Y has no brains? They are certainly smart enough not to like Gen X 's sell out nonsense.
The Matrix was a work of art. Reloaded is a 3-D velvet painting of Jesus & Elvis playing cards with Snoopy.
