In my post below on explanation of the entire trilogy, I wrote (before really reading the link) that it supported the "Matrix within a Matrix" theory. As MonkeyKing correctly posts below, this is not really what it says. Instead, it says that there is the Matrix with Zion as an alternate virtual reality world. Looking at the explanation, it seems pretty plausible as well. I don't know why any of us didn't think about this when anticipating this movie. If this is the truth, the Wachowskis got out of copying "13th Floor" while providing an explanation for the trilogy that was, to see the least, unanticipated. This theory is so interesting that I might actually have to see the movie now to see if it seems plausible. Maybe everyone is being too harsh on the Wachowskis w/out understanding the film? Or the theory could just be crap?
