look into the past. Disney's successful animated films struck a common bond with their audience(The Lion King, Pinocchio). Just taking a myth and making it all jokey won't cut it. Or they could just hire Robin Williams for every cartoon. Besides, I think a bigger threat to Disney would be Warner or Fox, not Japan or Canada.
