Gargoyles was not censored at all(except that most of the episodes seemed rushed because of the 20 minutes allotted). Hell, there was even a mild attempted rape scene in one episode. Another one had Bronx ripping off a robots fake skin. It was pretty grusome(for Disney atleast). People died all the time too. Even the hero, Goliath, blatantly tried to murder people if he was pissed off enough. Seriously, if gargoyles was censored, it wasn't censored enough to get in the way of the plot.
PS-I'm not saying it was violent either; I'm just saying that it wasn't toned down to the point where the actual show was affected.
