...after all he was the guy saying that the Democratic party needed to figure out how to reach out to the poor white guy driving around in his truck with a confederate flag in the back. To which all the Dem's jumped on for the confederate flag part, missing his point completely. That point being that you can't just write off half of the country and expect to get anywhere.
Not only that, with the whole, 'yeahhhhh' thing, Republicans would easily underestimate him and attempt to marginalize him... and being underestimated by your opponents is usually a good thing in politics.
I'm personally a Fiscal Conservative/I don't give a fuck about the other shit just leave me the hell alone Republican. Don't tell me I can't buy this food, I can't watch this, I can't buy that SUV, I can't buy a gun, etc.
I'm kind of like a libertarian, only more pragmatic and relevant.
