10/29/07: Is a movie that grosses 100 million really a bomb?

A lot of animators would kill to see their movie earn an "nth" of that. I've been suspecting that for the past few years, Disney's wanted all their movies to be as popular -or more popular than- "The Lion King" (their top-grossing movie ever if I'm not mistaken). Thoughts?
