Clinton benefitted from the results brought about by Reagan and Bush, just like GWB is getting reamed by the results of Clinton's eight years of jerking off.
Interesting to note that GHWB said that character was the overriding reason to not vote for Clinton. Guess what happened? Clinton's character caught up to him.
Don't even think about giving him credit for anything other than a Melanie Griffith stain on a second-rate dress.
