I know this topic has nothing to do with the movie, but it's already been proven to me that it doesn't matter what we talk about in here.
Have you ever heard the greatly overused phrase, "That goes against everything America stands for."???
I've heard it a number of times, and lately (always wanting to start a debate) I've been coming back with, "What does America stand for anyway?"... and the responses vary, both in context, and intelligence. 50% of the time I don't get a response to my question, 10% of people say things like, "baseball," and "apple pie," and the remaining 20% give me the typical (and hypocritical) answer, "Freedom." Mind you the same people who say "Freedom," are usually the ones who also want to make or keep things illegal like guns, pot, and swearing in public.
I'd really like to hear the different viewpoints on this, so if you have something to say, please don't hold back.
