and Hedges' colours really came out, a voyeur wannabe soldier who got a few thrills abroad hanging out with other war correspondents and soldiers talking about stories by the campfire, but never spending time, real time, with the victims of wars; he talked about Henry the Fifth and the band of brothers but never about the humiliated and mutilated; he was a tourist; he said he wasn't glorifying war yet all he talked about was the glory, honour, and nobility of war; it's like he's licking the Armed Forces' ass for better access next time there's a conflict or something, that or he knows sick people love to read morbid shit, especially when their safe and sound in their 'burb, so may as well make some coinage on those dead bodies. Hoo-rahh.
