Being the lazy fuck I am, I was hoping someone else would answer your random questions posed below. But alas, though TMundo gave it a valiant effort, I feel there are a few things I still need to add.
1. What happened to Theodoric?
. . . He tired of this place and said he wanted to use the time spent here to establish more of a real life. Doesn't he know those things are way overrated? He is NOT Klaatu. Of that I am certain. He claimed to be an "unfriendly loner." In eight years of reading his posts, he never came across that way to me. I talked recently with Violet. Although he is quite the chatmaster and e-mailer, he has neve had any interest in meeting anyone of his Internet acquaintances in person. Pity for us if you ax me.
2. What happened to skilly and slothrop?
First things that comes to mind is "Who gives a fuck?" This place failed to hold their interest and they are now involved in the World of Warquest. No. Really. They are. Slothrop had always been the consumate gamer, although I wasn't aware he was in to RPG's. He and Skilly are married and living somewhere near Portland. They have no plans to ever meet convenor. I do miss skilly's wit. And I miss Slothrop's ...um ...er .....uh ....someting, I'm sure. I just can't remember what right now.
3. What's up with grundle as Captain Lance Murdoch?
Captian Lance Murdoch is grundle's favorite character from The Simpsons. I guess he tired of a handle that is Black street slang for a crotch part. He is still the same old festering hemorrhoid on the anus of Crankyland. Still one of our most persistent and bothersome anonymous cowards.
4. Where are the basement threads?
I only know of the one. That would be in Slingblade. It's not hard to find. It's got probably around 8000 posts there by now. Come on down.
