Jerry "Rehash" Bruckheimer gets his greasy hands on an obscure Disney live-action kid film from the mid-1970s (does anyone remember this one? I barely do. It had a catchy opening song) starring Nicholas Cage as an unrepentant Klansmen who shoots runaway slaves and a bunch of kids (led by the kid from "Birth" and the motion-capture Tom Hanks kids) on a treasure hunt from a map on the back of the Articles of Confederation.
Uh-oh, now I've done it...maybe he or Ron Howard will actually do it! Stop me before I parody again!!!
