who is going to make china and india pay this tax? Oh thats right, THEY DONT FUCKING CARE ABOUT THE KYOTO TREATY. People I promise you I am serious about reducing pollution, but ALL OVER THE WORLD including the former ussr, india, japan, china, mexico city, and all the other pollution sewers around the world. Until we all agree why does the US get blamed for all of this? Could it be a hate everything American liberal media perhaps?
