I've been unable to track down a fan-subbed copy, and there is no official subtitled version, only a dub, and well, you know...
I was thinking of reviewing Katsuhiro Otomo's "Memories". I just got a fansub of it last week, and it's pretty interesting. Otomo's the creator of "Akira", BTW.
