04/08/04: Diet: Day Twenty-Five

Breakfast: Orange Smoothie (Orange low-fat yogurt and fresh squeezed orange juice with pulp. Not bad.

Lunch: Chicken Noodle Soup.

Dinner: Chicken Wings, Mashed Potatoes, Brocolli.

Excercise: Walking the dog. I'll fast walk her and make sure my heart rate gets above 120 and stays there. Sort of the same effect watching Lauren Graham has on me.
