I read an article recently about (and I am being completely straightforward here) something called a "gaydar". Now, I've heard this term used to describe people's ability to determine whether someone is gay or not.
Apparently, this "gaydar" is a small, plastic contraption, kind of looks like a beeper. Gay people buy them, and carry them whenever they go out. The thingie "beeps" when it comes within twenty feet of another "gaydar" - taking some guesswork out of the whole thing.
Just FYI - I couldn't decide if I thought this was a good idea or not. Would you carry one? Would you find it helpful if other gay women did too?
