This film isn't out where I live, but I think a Cranky rating of two bombs makes it a good movie.
A clean police officer wouldn't last very long in any police force in Australia. But we love spending copious amounts of money attempting to purge the bad cops from the forces.
I think Victoria or Tasmania is due for the next purge, or perhaps the NT, but I think they can't afford one.
