Look! Sidney's been so jolly clever and has brought an auto for us! Yes, it must be one of the few in St. Petersburg that doesn't belong to the Imperial Family or government ministers, but it's almost as nice as the Consulate Rolls you used to have, Henry, before Tristan and I ran it into that ditch - oh, I say....
But do come along. Tristan's all done in and Sidney's found these nice porters for the luggage and he says the wool worsted suit is a gift for you. Oh, be a bit more gracious, Henry - Sidney's trying to make amends for your embarrassment when the Japanese envoy found you listening at the door of that office. Oh, you know very well he never meant anything serious with that Samuri sword.
