That it has long been the girlish dream of mine to love you and reform you. However, I must insist that one do these things properly. Why, thank you Sidney. You are quite the gentleman to lend me your coat in this rather embarrassing situation. SOME people who, at the same moment that they are insisting that they "harbour true feelings" for someone, as I believe it was stated, would find it appropriate to lend a lady a garment to cover the fact that mine has become rather tattered in the entire process of rescue. Now, as far as me being your fiancee, Henry, we shall address that topic sometime in the future. For the time being, I would rather we all consider the prospects of escaping this basement without attracting any more attention that necessary.
