that the article was published in. If in fact it was published in anything but an inhouse government fisheries magazine.
So don't jump the gun.
Why we shouldn't get excited about banning the pill - the number of abortions & deaths that the ban would directly cause.
It would have to be a proven serious effect to outwiegh the benefit.
