Because of his fanatical political beliefs, grundle believes that large corporations should be able to pollute all they want to. But he doesn't want to just come out and say that. So he posts (and reposts and reposts and reposts) these articles over and over again to divert the argument away allowing the rich and powerful to pollute the world for short term, selfish gain. His goal here is to disprove global warming, which implies the that pollution does no harm, so it is perfectly all right for rich, powerful corporations to do whatever they want, because no matter what they do it won't cause harm--only good things.
In other words: Conservatives good, everyone else bad.
