That's where they're holding the Afgan detainees. Sorry but I can't post a link, it was in a mag.
It showed a big sign at the entrance which said (paraphrasing) "Proud to be an ISO - 9000 Certified Centre." I would never have thought that the ISO (International Standards Organization) would certify a detention centre. What sort of standards do they have to meet? Why aren't US prisons getting with this new system? And they are PROUD of it.
It all struck me as amusing in a Terry Gilliam/Brazil sort of way....
