Sure, he's got no problems with people suing polluters. Never mind that the companies would be able to afford far more expensive lawyers who could deviously defend, distract, deny, deflect, etc. ad nauseum, long enough to win or at least to allow the company to keep polluting long enough till they get their new plant up and running in Est Bom Fokh, Vietnam.
He does this with his support for abortion too. Claims he supports it and people can do whatever they want, even if it is DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY sexual DIRTY things.
