If you are actually capable of getting into the "America votes" round (Top 24) you are pwned by FOX (read: NewsCorp) *installs echo chamber* FOREVER!!!!!! *evil music*
Case in point, during A.I. tonight an ad for the show's web site played not Carrie Underwood's song, but a tune by Chris Daughtry (who think's he's Cher using only 'Daughtry') who got booted out before the final last season, and recorded the album without FOX or A.I. Yet he is pwned FOREVER by FOX, and probably wasn't paid for the use of his song to promote the show. Meanwhile it seems only the white girls are actually making a dent with the music industry, Kelly Clarkson won a Grammy last year, and Carrie Underwear got two (including Best New Artist?!)
