There's a scene in HIS GIRL FRIDAY where Cary Grant is on a phone and says, "Tell that Archie Leach I want nothing to do with him!"
In SOME LIKE IT HOT Tony Curtis impersonated Cary Grant while not in drag. He did a kissing scene with Marilyn Monroe and later remarked: "Kissing her was like kissing Hitler." Monroe responded: "He was just jealous because I had a better dress."
