No. I had worked there for 4 years when this happened, and had an excellent rep. Within a week of this occurance, I was getting called into the office regarding complaints about my attitude. I asked specifically what, and was told, 'We can't tell you that." Shortly after I was called into personnel-- the old "Let's play mind games with BatRay". My co-workers saw what was going on and circulated a petition through the hospital to try to get the administrators to lay off. Couldn't help but notice that my assignments were getting more and more dangerous (Let's give BatRay 6 post-op patients and 2 new ER admits!!) I ended up taking a leave of absence. As soon as I did that, my co-workers were told they were not to speak to me. A surprising number of these complied with that, out of fear for their jobs. My closer friends continued to speak to me on the sly amd let me know what was being said around the hospital. I finally quit, and took an incredibly shitty job for a year, because I obviously couldn't use that job as a reference. But things finally panned out for me- I've got the job of my dreams and now I just want to live my fucking life. Although, thinking back on all this crap, it's pissing me off enough that I just may return the AG's call afetr all. (I know for a fact that they have no "issues" with me .)
