I'd like to know how she landed after all this.
It seems one version is: Hospital is investigated for possible gross negligence involved in admitted patient's death; hospital administrators make working conditions so miserable for witness with material facts supporting allegations of gross negligence on the part of hospital employees that employee is ostracized and forced to quit.
Hmmm. You might have a case for work-place harassment, but since you quit, wrongful termination may not factor in. However, you indicate wisely that may just want to get on with your life without the bullshit. That's good, too.
