good luck... this sounds like a really fucked up situation... I'm just some dumb fuck, but I'd echo the advice of those who know better...
GET A LAWYER!!!
I hope it works out well, and who knows, mebbe if you find a cut-throat lawyer, you'll make a ton of money from this...
