I would need to know:
1. your relationship to the nurse (like, is she cute?) no, seriously.....did she treat you or is it a romantic thing?
2. How the "man" died.
3. You must explain "Primarily Responsible..." Why is the nurse responsible and why primarily?
4. Did the man die in a hospital, at home or a care facility? and was the nurse an independent contractor or did she work for the hospital?
