Saw it yesterday, but didn't have time to give thorough review... (nor do I now)
But overall, was underwhelmed. Can't agree with Ebert's "best comic movie blah blah..."
It was good, but many moments/scenes that should have been "Earth-shattering" (ie, some of the biggest Spiderman revelations from the comics) HAD LITTLE EMOTIONAL IMPACT.
I blame Raimi. Framing and camera work was inadequate at those scenes, as was the score.
Questions...

How does old-lady Aunt May not break every bone in her body
during the tangle with DocOc?
Why doesn't someone just SHOOT DocOc?
I'm assuming Oc's heavy arms made him sink in water...Why
didn't Raimi show this? Show Oc struggling in vain?
Instead of just 'floating' down?
