I'm officially in Coaster's corner now. With a little bit of skilly's skepticism.
"The Notebook" has made about $20M so far, which is better than expectations and pretty good for its cost. However, I can't say it's been even close to sold out at any theater I've been to where it was playing, including my own (and we're probably overachieving, because we're an old people/teenage girl dominated market).
Box Office Mojo has a Wednesday figure for "F 9/11" but not "Spider-Man 2" yet. Mmm...
