Wash his nuts in rubbing alcohol before you go down on him. At least that way, you'll kill any bougs germs that may be causing that horrid stench. I can't believe that a simple washing before a good snarling doesn't work, but maybe so...
If that don't work, spray your favorite cologne right on his sack before getting jiggy with it..
