It was truly the worst Tim Burton movie I've ever seen. Even Danny Elfman's score was bad (gasp!) Everything was "CRASH CRASH CRAASSSH" and certainly didn't have any atmosphere like Elfman's music usually does.
I was watching it with my parents, and as soon as Marky got to the memorial, I said "that's got to be an ape head," and sure enough it was. That ending made...no...sense.
