To all of you at Christopher and Banks,
I am nonplussed at the excessive stupidity you have shown in your dealings with Nancy B., as exhaustively recorded in the media. Surely you realize that treating a self- sacrificing, well-motivated employee such as Nancy B. in this way is certain, *certain* to encourage others of your employees who have the same good character to leave your company? Your actions, as short-sighted, foolish, and disloyal as they are also *encourage* your current and future employees to hide, lie, and deceive you about their health situations.
So, good people leaving, remaining employees lying. What else have you done?
Well, you have ensured that virtually every person who had read or heard of the case through newspaper, internet, or word of mouth will immediately associate "Christopher and Banks" with "heartless, soulless, jerks who actively work towards the death of the relatives of their employees."
Who would purchase *any* good or service from such a company? Who would enter that company's store? Who would recommend such a company to their friends?
The answer: No-one.
Your management team and your management policies are clearly incompetent. I might apply other, more insulting and more virulent adjectives, but such quite clearly would have no effect upon you.
You (collectively) are incompetent, and deserve to be punished in the marketplace. I will work towards that goal.
*Eh, not very satisfying, but at least something will get through. *
