First it was, rock but more whiny. Oh, I said, like hard rock then? He said no, it's like rock, but more 'hip.'

Right, whatever.

Personally, they seem to dress goth, and the music sounds like hard rock with slight punk, but aside from that, it doesn't come off as much of a category, but I haven't really delved into it and don't really intend to at the present moment of time is intervals.
