I declare, being of sound mind and body (well, sort of), that anyone who violates the "ALL CAPS = ALL SHOUTING" rule shall be forced to memorize the tips on using the Mr. Cranky forum and post it each time prior to spewing forth any of their own comments! Repeat offenders must immediately join AOL and be subject to further, more serious ridicule. Any other punishment suggestions?
