If he was driving down I-10 he's got the brains of a yard marker. The East Texas/West Louisiana part of I-10 is crawling with cops just looking to bust a drug dealer. I used to work in that area. The Beaumont cops stopped me three times: once for going 66 in a 60, once for "following too close," and once for going too slow! The first time, they searched my car from top to bottom (spare tire wheel, front grille, and all my bags--uh, not that one....). I think my only crime was having Ohio plates.
