06/14/07: Why aren't the 911 cops getting ripped here?

It's pretty bad to hear the 911 guy argue that it's "not an emergency".

I understand why they might think that, understand very easily, however, they could have easily sent a couple cops down to check things out at least.

It's not a huge deal but I think they did err.
