When Becky came to visit me in Victoria, we were in line waiting for a movie (Oceans 12, I think).
She starts sniffing..."What's that smell?"
"um, someone's smoking a joint"
"WHAT!?!!"

As for your stat...it would be more accurate if the stat quoted the average of 1st world countries. Factoring in the $15/year that Burundians get for health care really skews the curve.
