I've already been shackled to that damn desk for more than 40 hours this week and I could have easily stayed there another 6 hours tonight and still not finished everything. I've had migraines every goddam day and I've had traders up my ass so far they can see X-man's feet. We've got two guys (including me) doing the work of at least 6 and the pace is just accelerating. I'll be incredibly lucky to finish out the week at less than 80 hours and I'll still have to go in this weekend. Somebody kill me now.
My only stroke of luck is that I don't have an addictive personality. If I did, I'd be hooked on at least a couple of things at this point just to get through the fucking day.
