In the paper some guy walked around town and tried to stalk women. He did this by not wearing any pants making his cock and balls in clear view. He never touched or spoke to any of the women. The only thing he did is stand from a distance and pull his pants down. My question is when this guy is caught should be be imprsoned? I mean the only thing he did was pull his pants down in front of several teenage girls. What are the laws and consequences if any against this?
